Open the An Post returns site
Visit the An Post Click & Post returns website. In the retailer search field, search for and select NDC Collection Service.
You can arrange a new collection for a date that suits you. Follow the steps below to rebook your Vodafone device repair collection through An Post.
Rebook your collectionPlease have your repair reference or Vodafone account number ready before you begin. You can find this in your repair booking confirmation.
Visit the An Post Click & Post returns website. In the retailer search field, search for and select NDC Collection Service.
Choose the relevant option from the Reason for return dropdown menu.
Enter the repair reference or Vodafone account number provided with your repair booking.
Check that the information you entered is correct. Select Continue as a guest when you do not have an An Post account, or log in to your existing account.
Under Select a return method, choose Book a collection for the available date that suits you.
Enter the full address or Eircode where you would like An Post to collect your device.
Review the collection information and select Checkout now to confirm your new collection. The cost should be shown as Free.
